1. Shipping Policy
We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the destination, size, and weight of the package and will be calculated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. In case of lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate with the carrier to the best of our ability.
2. Return and Exchange Policy

- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
