1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) may be processed the following business day.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing time may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies)

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination

  • Notes: Remote areas may require additional delivery time. Weather or logistical delays may occur.


🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping Fees: Automatically calculated at checkout

  • Customs & Import Duties: Import taxes, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are not included in the order total. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Delays: Customs processing may extend delivery time beyond the estimated window.


🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated based on order weight and destination

  • Brexit Notice: Due to new regulations, customs duties and VAT may apply on delivery and must be paid by the customer.

  • Delays: Customs inspection or clearance may delay delivery.


🌍 All Other Countries

  • Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping Fees: Displayed at checkout

  • Customs & Duties: All applicable customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Helldivers Merchandise Store.

  • Delivery Exceptions: Delivery to remote or military addresses may take longer or may be restricted.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method. All fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery dates—only estimated ranges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error in the shipment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Most shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking visibility may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

  • Some international shipments may not update in real-time due to local postal systems.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are committed to helping resolve any delivery issues. Please read the following carefully:

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ship promptly, delivery timelines are estimates. Helldivers Merchandise is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).

Lost Shipments

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date:

  • First, verify the address you provided during checkout.

  • Check with local postal services or neighbors.

  • Then contact our support team at support@helldiversmerch.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and items.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@helldiversmerch.com.

  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned or lost, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
