1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between the Customer (referred to as “you”) and the Helldivers Merchandise Store (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Store”) for the purchase of Helldivers-inspired merchandise through our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you fully and unconditionally accept these T&Cs. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms without reservation.

3. Products

Products displayed on our website are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings at any time. Although we strive to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy, particularly regarding colors.

4. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • Add desired products to the shopping cart

  • Provide the required information (shipping address, payment method, etc.)

  • Review the order summary and accept the T&Cs

  • Complete payment online

We reserve the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous transaction with the Customer.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees. Full payment is required at the time of order using the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of payment issues.

6. Shipping

Shipping Times and Destinations
We offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimated times and may vary due to destination-specific factors, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order weight and will be displayed prior to checkout.

Delays and Lost Shipments
In the event of a delay, you will be notified via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Product Returns
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

8. Warranties and Liability

All products are covered under applicable legal warranties for conformity and hidden defects. If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

The Store shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
